6. iPerf3 TCP single-thread speed test (single 30-second test, 2025-10-21 15:00-16:00)

DC2 has higher latency than DC1 to Asia-Pacific and the US West Coast. DMIT JP, BAGE SGS, and US West are all 3-5ms higher; BAGE Salt Lake City is much higher than DC1 (179ms vs 155ms)

7. Summary

Large port, streaming unlock is currently okay, and performance looks good. China Mobile is not as nice as DC1 (although DC1 Lumen also struggles during evening peak), and many regions do not have direct routes. For international connectivity, Asia-Pacific and US West are a bit worse than DC1, while Europe is slightly better. If it is not free/discounted, I do not really recommend buying it... after all, there are Leaseweb resellers like HostDZire, whose CPU policies are much more relaxed

All machines used in this article (including all machines participating in iPerf3 tests) were purchased at my own expense; TCP tuning was limited to enabling BBR+FQ, with all other parameters left at defaults; results may be time-sensitive
