7. Summary
The port is fairly large, and streaming unlock is currently decent. It is more suitable as an exit node/international transit node, or for deploying lightweight/personal projects. If your goal is simply an exit node and you already have other Hong Kong VPSes, there is no need to buy this one
8. About The Tests
All machines used in this article (including all machines participating in iPerf3 tests) were purchased at my own expense; TCP tuning was limited to enabling BBR+FQ, with all other parameters left at defaults; results may be time-sensitive
