I previously tested ISIF's Korea optimization; this time there is another similar product from the same upstream, so I tested it too.

100tb.io, a very new provider whose upstream is Sakura Link. Other well-known providers using the same upstream include YxVM, ISIF, FxTransit, and Neburst. The provider seems to focus on the international market, without active community marketing or private traffic operations. This is a relatively new approach, and the product may mainly rely on affiliate channels for marketing.
The tested product is the SC 1GB model from the Korea Premium line, with optimized routes for all three mainland networks. Notably, upstream Sakura Link has a rare Korea CN2 GIA route (not even CTG GIA). This product and ISIF's KR-COM are currently the only two large-bandwidth premium Korea route machines that retail users can buy. Recently the upstream Telecom CN2 finally completed whitelist approval, significantly reducing Telecom latency, and the results are impressive. However, like ISIF's Korea optimized machine, it is more expensive than large-bandwidth Japan optimized machines. I recommend it to Telecom/Mobile users who strictly need a Korea route or native Korean IP, perhaps for online games.
(1) Network quality
Speed: consistency between evening peak and daytime off-peak is very good. Single-thread return-to-China speeds on all three networks cannot saturate 1G, but are generally 600-800Mbps, which is good for Korea. Only Guangdong Mobile is relatively low during the evening peak.
Latency: thanks to whitelisted CN2, Telecom latency is notably low, especially in the Yangtze River Delta; itdog measured Shanghai Telecom as low as 22 ms. Although Mobile uses CMIN2 both ways, its latency is much higher than Telecom. Telecom and Mobile both use their own optimized routes and have good latency during both peak and off-peak periods. Unicom has the highest latency, and some provinces/cities show large evening-peak jitter.
Routes: return routes are Telecom CN2, Unicom CMIN2, and Mobile CMIN2. Shanghai Unicom and Guangzhou Unicom are cross-network, while Beijing Unicom uses 10099->4837 return. Outbound routes are Telecom CN2, Unicom 10099, and Mobile CMIN2.
International: Korea's international connectivity has never been very good. Some websites detour through Japan; accessing OneDrive, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube requires pulling data from Japan, adding more than 30 ms of latency. If you need those services, latency is worse than Japan optimized routes. Local speed is good. Bandwidth to Japan is insufficient, with single-thread speed below 200Mbps both ways. Bandwidth to Hong Kong is selectively optimized; it seems only home broadband and some IDCs connected to CTCSCI can reach high speeds both ways.
(2) IP quality
Native Korean IP. Google geolocation is still in Hong Kong, so Gemini is not unlocked. Script tests show full local streaming unlock, currently very good.
(3) Machine performance
CPU performance is poor; at this price it has only one core and a Geekbench 5 score in the 600s. I/O is average. All specs in this product line have only one CPU core, with relatively little memory and disk as well. This is likely due to the product positioning: cross-border acceleration rather than high-performance/high-load use.
