8. Summary
Unlocking is good, but the old problem remains: Hong Kong cannot unlock AI services, so traffic must be routed to other regions. Based on testing, this dedicated-IPv4 HKT is sort of half a route VPS, though the route may not be stable;Side note: I do not recommend using residential NAT machines directly; too many people are abusing them...

All machines used in this article (including all machines participating in iPerf3 tests) were purchased at my own expense; TCP tuning was limited to enabling BBR+FQ, with all other parameters left at defaults; results may be time-sensitive
